I’m a software engineer. I am passionate about Web Development and Open Source software. I build things to help people. I work primarily with WordPress. Much of my focus is centered around backend, and WordPress plugin development.

- Worked closely with project manager on project scoping and management to ensure systems are delivered on time.
- Supervised the work of 1 junior software engineer and 1 QA.
- Resolved customer issues by establishing workarounds and solutions and by debugging and creating defect fixes.
- Programmed in an object-oriented programming language with an eye toward code abstraction and reuse.
- Implemented unit tests to consistently deliver high quality features.

In my spare time, I spend time reading tech blogs and books as a way to keep learning and becoming better. I enjoy watching video of JSConf, WordPress.TV, GOTO Conference, PHP Conference and WeAreDeveloper Conference. My favorite professional and hobbyist coder’s YouTube channels are Fun Fun Functions, Wes Bos, CS Dojo, LevelUp Tuts and The Coding Train. When I’m not deep in code crafting websites or learning new web technologies, I enjoy good food, exploring my surrounding, outing with my wife and read some mathematics books.
